Description:
Successive deliveries of toilet paper and paper towels to the units of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice for a period of 12 months. 1. The subject of the order was not divided into parts (packages). The subject of the order constitutes a functional whole, dividing the contract into lots would pose a risk of excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of contract execution, moreover, the lack of division is justified by organizational reasons, a possible division of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the order and the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order could jeopardize the correct and timely execution of the order. 2. Submitting a partial offer is not allowed. 3. The subject of the order must be be carried out based on the assumptions specified in the Product and Price Specification constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template including the draft provisions of the contract regarding public procurement, which will be included in the content of this contract (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ). 5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to indicate the part of the order whose performance he intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the companies of these subcontractors - in accordance with point 5 of the Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ).
