- Task No. 1 - Successive deliveries of elements of the dress uniform Task No. 2 - Successive deliveries of everyday uniform elements 5.1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of elements of forester's uniforms. The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts - tasks. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more tasks. The offer submitted for a given task must cover the entire scope of the subject matter of the contract provided for in the SWZ for this part. The ordering party divides the order into parts as follows way: Task No. 1 - Successive deliveries of elements of the dress uniform Task No. 2 - Successive deliveries of everyday uniform elements 5.2. The list of estimated quantities of each product is included in: •Task no. 1 - assortment cost estimate - tender - Annex No. 1A to the SWZ •Task No. 2 - assortment and offer cost estimate - Annex No. 1B to the SWZ The given quantities of the subject of the order constitute the maximum quantity of the product that the Ordering Party can order and are used to compare and evaluate offers. Rules the Ordering Party's limitations on the quantity of the assortment in relation to the indicated estimated quantities and the replacement of individual assortment items within the value of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 7 - Provisions important for the parties contracts. 5.3. The delivered assortment should meet the requirements specified in: •Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 19, 2017 on patterns of forester's uniforms and signs for people practicing...
