Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of various office supplies, envelopes, batteries, shredders and photocopier paper for the needs of the University Clinical Hospital. Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszow, including: Various office supplies.2. A detailed description of the items of the order and the quantity is specified in the Form price and offer (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), which is an integral part of the SWZ. Information on the principles of delivery is included in (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ) Draft provisions of the public procurement contract.3. The scope of the order includes the delivery of the items of the order in the quantities specified in the Form price and offer (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) for a period of: 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.4. The ordering party allows the submission of equivalent offers. Whenever the description of the subject of the order mentions standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications, technical reference systems, referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 Pzp, it is assumed that such indications are accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
