The quantities of products given by the Ordering Party are estimated and may change the max. 20% of the order value for each part with unit prices. The contractors are not entitled to report claims for unrealized deliveries.
Ww. Deliveries will be implemented in the assortment and in quantities indicated each time in current orders made electronically depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
Deliveries will be transported and at the expense of the contractor to the ordering magazine in the morning, no later than until 8.00.
For the delivered and received part of the goods, the contracting party will pay the contractor due to the individual prices contained in the offer. Payments will be made by bank transfer on the Contractor's account in Term
