The subject of the fall includes the successive deliveries of aggregate square of municipal investments conducted in the Jabonka commune: Stone stone faction 31.5 - 63 mm in the quantity 1600 [m3] Stone clinter of the 8 31.5 mm fraction in the quantity 1600 [m3] of the Ordering Employer allows the non -performance of the killing up to 50% of the amount indicated above..2. The aggregate will be delivered by the contractor to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The aggregate will be supplied successively in the period from the conclusion of UMO to December 20, 2025 or until the amount of the execution of the polish within the time limit set by the Contractor in the offer (on daysworking) from the day of notification (transferred by the contractor by phone or email) ordering in the issue he specifies. The amount of aggregate provided is the indicative quantities provided for the Za-Ciepup in the period by 20.12.2025, the Ordering Party informs that in reality, the quereed quantities may be smaller.In such cases, the contractors will not be marked by any claims against the order. 3.
