Description:
1. The subject of the order includes successive deliveries of aggregate to the municipal investment site carried out in the Jabonka Commune: stone fattening fraction 31.5 - 63 mm in an amount of 300 [m3] stone wedge fraction 8 31.5 mm in an amount of 300 [m3] The Ordering Party allows failure to complete the order up to 60% of the quantities indicated above. .2. The aggregate will be delivered by the Contractor's transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The aggregate will be delivered successively within the period from the conclusion of the contract to 15 days, but no later than the 20th day December 2025 or until the order quantity is exhausted within the period specified by the Contractor in the offer (in business days) from the date of notification (given to the Contractor by telephone or e-mail) to the Ordering Party in the quantity specified by him. Given the quantities of aggregates are approximate quantities to be purchased within 15 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than December 20, 2025. The Ordering Party informs that in fact the ordered quantities may be smaller. In such cases, Contractors will not be shall have no claims against the Ordering Party.3.
