1. The subject of this order is the successive delivery of automatic and electronic pipettes with tips to the organizational units of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the document "Form description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also a price form.3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 PPL, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the Ordering Party defining the subject of the order are minimum conditions that must be met The ordering party will be waiting. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor has attached to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with their description or norms.
