Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of brand new electrical materials for the organizational units of the Gdańsk University of Technology.2. A detailed description, scope and size of the subject of the order, as well as the range of electrical materials, are included in the material and price form consisting of part A and part B, constituting Appendix No. 4 A and 4 B to the SWZ. 3. The numbers indicated in the item and price form are estimates. The ordering party has the right not to complete the order to the full extent, i.e. in the quantities specified in the item and price form. The Contractor will not make any claims against the Ordering Party No claims in this regard. The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor the implementation of deliveries worth not less than 50% of the value of the concluded contract. 4. At the same time, the Ordering Party reserves the right to increase, during the execution of the contract, in consultation with the Contractor, the number of ordered electrical materials in these items of the material and price form for which the demand increased in the Ordering Party's organizational units, i.e. purchase at prices from the Contractor's offer, a larger number of these electrical materials, provided that in other items formula...
