2. The removal will conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of 3 contractors, whose offers will meet all the requirements of SWZ and the provisions of the Act and receive the highest number of points based on the criteria for the evaluation of offers specified in SWZ.
3. Gross unit values of the subject of the contract proposedby contractors in submitted offers for a particular range may not be higher than gross unit prices declared in the offer submitted by the Contractor as part of the procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement together with the discount indicated in the offer or in the event of additional needs of the Ordering PartyThey cannot be grossly overstated in relation to market prices.
