Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of chemicals and cleaning products along with transport for the Nad Potokiem Social Welfare Home. Bohdany,,Danuta Kijewska, ul. A. Struga 88, 26 600 Radom in the period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order has been specified in the price list of the offer form constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ, part 1.2. The Contractor's obligations will include the successive delivery of the subject of the order, as needed, to the headquarters of the Nad Potokiem Social Welfare Home. Bohdany,,Danuta Kijewska, ul. A. Struga 88, 26 600 Radom, incl with transport on working days from Monday to Friday on the dates set by the Social Welfare Home, with the range and quantity resulting from requests submitted directly by the Social Welfare Home with at least one day's notice - in writing, by fax, e-mail or by telephone. Deliveries will be made by the Contractor's means of transport at his expense and risk on working days from Monday to Friday, during the hours indicated in section 5 of the Bid Form, part 1.
