1 Products will be delivered in accordance with the designation on the offer form to the addresses: 1) Aquapark Kalisz sp.z o.o., 62-800 Kalisz, ul. Sportowa 10.2) Delphin's indoor Pywalnia, 62-800 Kalisz, ul. Primate Stefan Wyszyskie 20a.3. Products supplied by the Contractor should be deprived of defects, bearing the appropriate labeling: manufacturer's names, storage conditions, and he should also have opaque approvals and requirements of requirements in the norms that bind them for them. 4. Delivery of products will take place in appropriately safe packaging (closed and undamaged), the procedure of transporting the Contractor ensuring protection against external factors and used to transport in accordance with the applicable regulations.
