Description:
I. The subject of the order includes the successive delivery of coffins for burial and cremation of the deceased, as well as crosses and gravestones for the needs of LPGK Sp. z o. o. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for individual parts of the order. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more of the following parts of the contract: 1) PART NO. 1 ORDERS entitled Delivery of coffins for earth burials,2) PART NO. 2 ORDERS titled Delivery of wooden coffins for cremation,3) PART NO. 3 ORDERS titled Delivery of cardboard coffins for cremation, 4) PART NO. 4 ORDERS titled Delivery of crosses and tombstone casings. II. RELATED TO PART NO. 1 OF THE ORDER Delivery of coffins for burials Earthworks Deliveries will be made successively according to the current needs of the Ordering Party on working days (Monday to Friday) from 07.00 to 15.00. Place of order fulfillment (delivery): Municipal Cemetery in Legnica at ul. Wrocawska 124 and the Municipal Cemetery for the city of Legnica in Jaszkow (The Ordering Party will each time indicate to the Contractor the place of delivery). Environmental requirements.
