Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of computer accessories for the Marshal's Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship
2. Detailed requirements for supplied components and computer accessories are included in the "list of offered accessories" constituting Annex 2C to SWZ (Annex 1 to the contract).
3. The terms of the contract are included in the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - the contract template and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
4. provides for the possibility of exercising the right of options. As part of the option, the Contractor will perform a contract on the same terms as specified for the basic order and will provide computer accessories listed in the list of offered accessories at the prices set out in this list by subsequent maximum 12 months after the end of the basic contract.
5. In the event of the contracting authority, the Contractor's remuneration will increase by the right to increase by a maximum of 100% of the amount of remuneration for the performance of the basic contract indicated in the offer, taking into account the possibility of the change referred to in §11 of the contract.
6. As part of the option, the Employer intends to extend (once or repeatedly) for the next months the deadline for the contract for the successive delivery of computer accessories being its subject with an increase Lambing ...
