- 1. The subject of the contract is a successive purchase along with the delivery of computer elements (CPV code: 30230000 computers related equipment) according to Annex 2 to SWZ - order specification - price form and includes:
1) delivery of computer elements in place indicated by the Ordering Party,
2) installation and launching computer elements (if required),
3) granting a warranty on the supplied computer elements
4) handing over to the Employer required media, documentation and textbooks along with the necessary accessories (if required),
5) training of employees of the Ordering Party (if was required in the technical specification).
