- Description:
- 1) The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of computer equipment, specified in Annexes No. 2A-2C to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production: not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificatesallowing it for sale and use in the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free equipment warranty service.
2) The scope of the order includes: purchase and delivery of equipment to the seat of the Ordering Party along with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. IndicatedThe amount of equipment ordered is a maximum size, the contracting authority reserves the right to not fail the whole subject of the contract, and the contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect. The contracting authority guarantees the implementation of the contract at the level of min. 60% of the contract value (in a given part).
3)Order processing: the contract in question will be carried out for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the number of equipment ordered in SWZ is exhausted, if its exhaustion occurs before the deadline, according to the current needs of the Employer, successively, parties and aton the basis of orders placed by the Ordering Party in electronic form or in writing, not more than 3 times a month; Required deadline for individual orders: up to 8 days from the date of receipt of the order.
