Delivery includes brand new and not used equipment.
By the term "successive delivery It should be understood as delivery at your own expense
and the risk of the contractor of the devices required by the contracting authority of the applicants flowing down to the Contractor shopping.
The subject of the contract was divided into 2 parts:
Part 1 - successive Delivery of computers and monitors
Part 2 - Successive delivery of notebooks and docking stations
4.2. The concise description of the subject of the contract is included in the price sheet constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
4.3. Denacle includes brand new and not used equipment.
4.3.1. Pod "Successive Delivery "should be understood as delivery at your own expense
and the risk of the contractor of the devices required by the contracting authority as far as flowing down to Contractors of purchasing applications.
