- Successive delivery of confectionery and chocolate products for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Complex in Rzeszow, including the following projects: RaP STEAM - robotics and programming in primary schools in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and Healthy-digital in kindergarten II to the Training and School Center Youth Shelter in Czudec, ul. Rzeszowska 822. Quality requirements: The Ordering Party requires that the products constituting the subject of delivery be fresh and have a current expiration date in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order, which also constitutes the calculation of the offer price3. Labeling: Depending on the nature of the subject of delivery, the packaging should protect the product against damage and contamination. They should be clean, free of foreign odors, dirt and mechanical damage4. All products delivered must: a) all chocolate products and confectionery products must be brand new, free from defects and in accordance with applicable quality and legal standards, b) it is required that the delivered products have a valid expiration date of min.
