1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of consumable laboratory materials in 6 packages for organizational units of the Medical University of Gdańsk.
2. The order consists of a basic order and an order covered by the following options:
2.1 Basic order:
Package 1 - 6 - Successive delivery of consumable laboratory materials for organizational units in Gdańsk Medical University in accordance with Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
2.2 Order covered by the option:
Package 1 - 6 - increasing the order to 20% of the value of the basic order if the entire basic order is used for the successive delivery of consumable laboratory materials for units Medical University of Gdańsk.
3. Due to the increased need of the Ordering Party caused by the implementation of future projects or research, the Ordering Party may exercise the option right.
From this title The Contractor will not make any claims against the Ordering Party.
