Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is a successive delivery of dairy products: milk, cottage cheese, cheese, butter, cream, natural yoghurt, malanka and kefir. The Ordering Party requires delivery of goods free from defects. The Contractor, if notified by the Employer, and as and/or andthe quality of the delivered articles is inconsistent with the order placed (goods are defective), he is obliged within 4 hours of notification by the Ordering Party (in writing or by e-mail or by phone or in person on the basis of a written report) to deliver the correct article(s), i.e. free/ yfrom defects. This time may be shortened in accordance with the Contractor's declaration submitted in the offer form (as part of the non-price criterion, response time).
