Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of desktop computers, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the University of Gdańsk with the right options.Orders covered by the law of options: maximum 125 desktop computers.
3. The application has the option of exercising the right of options, consisting in increasing the amount of equipment ordered as part of the basic order, on the principles and in the mode described below:
1) The contracting authority provides for the possibility of orderingContractor of partial orders under the Option right within the date of the contract by submitting the contractor to a written declaration of intent to launch an option containing the determination of the amount and type of equipment indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex 1 to the contract,
2) valueThe equipment ordered under the law will be in line with the unit prices indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex 1 to the Agreement,
3) exercising the right of the option does not constitute a change of the contract, the contractor is not entitledThe Employer will not exercise the right of the option - the decision to implement the order covered by the right options is the unilateral right of the contracting authority,
4) the provisions of the draft contract (Annex 5 to SWZ) regarding the basic order apply to the order covered by the law of the option, ifNO...
