Description:
3 Forecast (estimated) quantity demand for fuel during the period of the contract: 1) papid oil- 37,000 liters, 2) non-wiring gasoline 95 1,400 liters, 3) non-wire-free gasoline 98 600 liters. 4. Performer Over the entire period of the contract will guarantee the supply. 5. The above -mentioned quantities are only an estimated (expected) demand and is not a vice for the order, it may be changed depending on the needs of the ordering party. 6. Fuels must condemn Polish standards (papid oil must spend the requirements Determined in the PN-EN 590: 2022-08 standard, non-wiring gasoline must spend the requirements specified in the PN-EN 228+A1: 2017-06 standard) and corresponds to the quality requirements specified in the regulation of the Minister of the Climate of 26.06.2024 in the case requires as customary fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018). In the case of Changes in the evaluated seating standards of liquid fuels will be the subject of delivery as taking into account such changes from the day they are binding.
