Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel oil in the amount of 150,000 liters to a tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters located at the registered office of the Ordering Party in ul. Armii Krajowej 2, 21-050 Piaski.2. The ordering party requires the contractor:1) Delivery of diesel oil in the amount of 150,000 liters with the installation of a tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters.2) The dates and quantities of diesel oil deliveries will be each time specified by the ordering party by phone or e-mail at least one day in advance. Predicts unit volume of oil refueling from 2,000 to 5,000 liters. Delivery should take place no later than 2 p.m. The Ordering Party determines the delivery acceptance dates as follows: business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory days off work) from 700 to 1400). The amount of fuel delivered will be determined assuming a reference fuel temperature of 150C based on the printout from the tanker printer. Deliveries will be made by the Contractor's transport and at his expense.
