Description:
1. The subject of the basic order is the successive delivery of diesel oil in 2026 for the needs of Zakład Komunalny w Miglu Sp. z o. o.. in the amount of 50,000 liters with parameters according to the PN-EN 590:2013-12/AC:2014-04 standard appropriate to the season (summer, transitional, winter). Note on price calculation in the form offer, the number of liters should be calculated as 65,000 (base value plus option right).2. Fuel will be delivered at the request of the Ordering Party, submitted by e-mail to the address provided by the Contractor, within a maximum of 3 business days from placing the order.3. The Ordering Party stipulates that the order will be processed successively, and the minimum single delivery will be 2,000 liters and the maximum single delivery will be 5,000 liters.4. Settlement of diesel fuel between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be in liters. at actual temperature, from the road tanker to the Ordering Party's tank.5.
