Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of diesel oil intended to power self-ignition engines. 2. Deliveries will be made successively at the request of the ordering party, no later than within 48 hours of receiving the order, in single quantities: 5,000 to 8,000 liters. 3. Deliveries will be made transport of the Contractor's own or rented tank trucks at his expense and risk to the Ordering Party's gas station in Rudniki ul. Dworcowa 8 from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. 4. The supplied diesel oil must have technical (quality) parameters allowing the product to be placed on the market in accordance with the PN-EN 590:2013-12 standard and in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) during the term of the contract, in a maximum quantity: up to 180,000 liters. 5. The contract is constant throughout the duration of the contract is the high discount offered in the Offer Form.
