Description:
The subject of the proceedings and order is to select a Contractor for the supply of diesel oil to two tanks with a capacity of 2,500 liters each, located on the premises of the company in Powronik No. 140, 33-370 Muszyna (ZUK base), for a total estimated amount of approximately 140,000 literw.W The material order includes the successive supply of diesel fuel to the Contractor's tank trucks to the Ordering Party, together with refueling the Ordering Party's tanks during the duration of the contract, which will be signed for the period: from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026 year. Diesel oil should comply with the Polish standard: PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended), or equivalent. When describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party indicates that it allows solutions equivalent to those described.
