Description:
Successive delivery of disinfectants and antiseptics.
The subject of the contract was divided into 8 parts specified in SWZ in packages.
The Contractor undertakes to deliver the ordered goods according to the order within
up to 5 business days from the date of order notification (in writing, by email,Electronically) to the magazine/Hospital Pharmacy Department of the Ordering Party at ul. John Paul II 2 in Siemianowice Śląskie.70% of the value of the subject of the contract will be completed.
The Ordering Party has the right not to implement the remaining 30% of the value of the subject of the contract without giving a reason, and the Contractor will not bring any claims in this respect.
