The subject of the order are successive delivery of disposable articles and small medical equipment for the healthcare team in Bolesławiec together with transport and bringing to the Employer's warehouses. Up to SWZ.3.4 Spacermers described in Annex 2.1-2.32 to SWZ as the required technical and utility parameters are a detailed description of the subject of the contract, the failure of which will result in rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to art.
