1. The subject of the contract is successive delivery with the distribution of natural gas for the needs of heating buildings of the University of Rzeszow
The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers.
2. A detailed description and manner of the contract is designed for the subject of the contract (OPZ), constitutingAnnex 1.1 to SWZ
3. Contractors who meet the conditions regarding:
1) the ability to appear in business transactions may apply for the awarding of the contract:
the contracting authority does not set a condition in the above scope.

The contracting authority will consider the condition being met if the contractor has:
- the current license for the trade of gas fuels issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with art. 32 para. 1 point 4 lit. a) the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws2022 item 1385 with. d.),
- a current license for conducting business activities in the field of natural gas distribution issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office- in the case of contractors who are the owner of the distribution network,
or
- he currently has a contract with the operatorDistribution system (OSD) for the provision of natural gas distribution services in the area where there is a place of delivery of gas fuel - in the case of contractors who are not the owner of the distribution netd...
