Successive delivery of dressing materials.
The subject of the order was divided into 40 parts specified in SWZ as packages.
Applies to everyone packages:
10 para. 11 of the Regulation Parliament European (EU) (EU) 2017/745 of April 5, 2017 on medical devices, amendments to Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and the repeal of the Council directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC and have adequate use instructions in Polish.
Package 1 Flexible mesh sleeve
composed of 70% - 75% polyamide and flexible fiber; Roller 25 m long after stretching.
