1 The offered goods (item 3.1 SWZ) must: 2.1. Sonvaching conditions for marketing and for use, provided for in the Act on Medical Devices of April 7, 2022 (Journal of Laws 2022, item 974, as amended: Act:about medical devices), confirmed by current documents (i.e. complete rolling or notifications to the president of the office of medicinal products registration, medical devices and biobjic products, characteristics cards, CE certificate, declarations of compliance, approvals) for those goods that, according torequiring legal provisions require this; 2.2. It has documents allowing them to be marked and used in Poland, including CE certificate and documents confirming the pleasures of these goods required by law in the case of non -submission of the provisions of the Act on medical devices orPharmaceutical Law; 2.3.
