Description:
Successive delivery of equipment (fusion materials, hip joint endoprostheses, knee joint endoprostheses, orthopedic drive, elements of external stabilizers) for the needs of the Operating Block of the WS SP ZOZ in Nowa Sol.
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of equipment: joining materials(e.g. hip joint endoprostheses, knee joint endoprostheses, orthopedic drive, elements of external stabilizers) for the needs of the Operating Block of the WS SP ZOZ
in Nowa Sol.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3.The ordering party divided the item aspeaking into 12 parts, called packages, with the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual packages. Each contractor has the opportunity to submit an offer for any number of packages of their choice. The offer for the packages selected and offered by the Contractor must include the full rangeent.
4. A storage agreement will be concluded with the selected Contractor - package 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
