Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of frozen vegetables and fruits in the city of Nidzica in five parts for the following educational units: 1) Kindergarten No. 4 KRAINA KRYWCW, ul. Krzywa 7, 13-100 Nidzica, 2) Kindergarten No. 2, ul. 1 Maja 36, 13-100 Nidzica, 3) Primary School No. 1 named after Mikoaj Kopernika in Nidzica, ul. Kopernika 1, 13-100 Nidzica, 4) Primary School No. 2 named after Michaa Kajki in Nidzica, ul. Barke 3, 13-100 Nidzica, 5) Primary School No. 3 named after Janusz Korczak in Nidzica, ul. 1 Maja 42, 13-100 Nidzica. 2. The delivered products must comply with the description indicated in Annex 8 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed method of executing the order is described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
