Description:
The subject of the order are successive delivery of food products and products for SP ZOZ Sanatorium Sanatorium of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Kołobrzeg in quantities and the assortment specified in the assortment and price form constituting Annex 1.1 - 1.9 to SWZ.
The contractor is obliged to process the order On the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3 to SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract constituting an assortment and price form, which is annex No. 1.1 - 1.9 to SWZ.
The subject of the contract was divided into 9 parts ("tasks"):
Task No. 1 - Delivery of fish fresh, frozen, salted and smoked;
Task No. 2 - Delivery of seasonal vegetables and fruits;
Task No. 3 - delivery of all -season vegetables and fruits;
Task No. 4 - Delivery of dairy products and its preserves;
Task No. 5 - delivery of pork and pork products;
Task No. 6 - Fresh delivery poultry and poultry products;
Task No. 7 - delivery of various foodstuffs;
Task No. 8 - Delivery of frozen food;
Task No. 9 - Egg delivery.
The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of products and articles
groceries for SP ZOZ Sanatorium spa, the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Kołobrzeg in quantities and
assortment specified in the assortment and price form constituting Annex No.
