1) The subject of the Order is: Successive delivery of food and groceries for the Social Welfare Home in Bochnia in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. 2) The detailed scope of parameters and requirements for the subject of the Order is described in the assortment form - detailed price offer - attachment 1A to SWZ - requirements specified pursuant to Art. 218 section 23) The Subject of the Order was divided into eleven (eleven) Packages grouping food products according to the following assortments: Package I of the Order: bread: long-cooked bread 4,000 kg, graham cracker 9,000 pcs., kaiser roll 13,000 pcs., breadcrumbs 13,000 pcs. ilo 150 kg, sliced chaka ilo 160 kg, graham bread ilo 800 kg, sliced wheat and rye bread ilo 3,500 kg, sliced rye bread 3,200 kg, sunflower bread 600 kg, bun with fruit ilo 2,500 pcs, bun with cheese ilo 2,500 pcs, yeast cake with fruit 50 kg, yeast cake without sugar 20 kg, small bun 1000 pcs.
