Description:
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of food products intended for current nutritional needs in the assortment and quantities included in the tables constituting an attachment in the EXCEL format, Attachment No. 1.1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party emphasizes that cyclical deliveries should be adjusted each time by weight for the order placed. The quantity of food items specified in the price form is an estimate and may change. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller quantity of products. The above cannot constitute a basis for the Contractor to make any claims for the purchase of the remaining quantity of products or for payment of the equivalent value of unordered products or compensation for their failure to order. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use all or part of the order, and the Contractor declares that it will not make any claims for this reason. The contractor will deliver food products in accordance with the station's requirements sanitary and epidemiological.
