part 1 bread and confectionery; 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and subsequent delivery of food products in 2026 for the needs of the school canteen, in accordance with the list included in the price forms - annex to SWZ.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and estimated quantities products are included in the annex to SWZ. The quantities given are estimated requirements for the duration of the contract. The price indicated in the Offer Form is not the order value, but only values for comparing offers and selecting the most advantageous offer.3. The Contractor undertakes to supply the Ordering Party with: food products of the first quality, with the characteristics specified in the SWZ, the expiry date of which: 1) bread and confectionery products and delicatessen products will be produced on the day of delivery; 2) fish and frozen foods will have a shelf life of no less than 30 days from delivery; 3) table eggs will not be available older than 7 days from the date of packaging; 4) fresh vegetables and fruits will have a regular shape appropriate for a given variety, will be free from pests, contaminants, damage, signs of root growth into the seed shoot, no signs of visible...
