The subject of the order is the purchase and subsequent delivery of food products in 2026 for the needs of the school canteen, in accordance with the list included in the price forms - attachments to SWZ.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the estimated quantities of individual products are included attachments to SWZ. The quantities given are estimated requirements for the duration of the contract. The price indicated in the Offer Form is not the order value, but only values for comparing offers and selecting the most advantageous offer.3. The Contractor undertakes to supply the Ordering Party with food products in the first grade, with the characteristics given in the SWZ, the expiry date of which is: 1) general food and dairy products will be delivered with an expiry date no earlier than 7 days after the delivery date; 2) frozen foods will have a shelf life of no less than 30 days from delivery. Mroonki must be delivered to school unthawed.4. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the goods to the Ordering Party's headquarters using its own transport, at its own expense and risk, and to respond flexibly to increased or decreased needs...
