Description:
1. Delivery of fresh vegetables and fruits2. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes part 1 - Annex No. 1.1. to SWZ. The method of performing the order for each part is specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. Deliveries together with the delivery document will be made in accordance with those submitted by post electronically or by telephone, depending on the customer's needs, on business days, no more than 5 times a week, 6-9 The Ordering Party reserves the right to order delivery at a convenient time.4. Details about the products, their quantity and weight are included in the price list within the scope of part 1, appendix no. 1.1 to SWZ5. The Ordering Party requires delivery of the delivered products by a means of transport consistent with the requirements of the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety.6. All articles must comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2016 on group of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and adolescents in the educational system units and the requirements that must be met by foodstuffs used as part of the collective nutrition of children and adolescents in these units.7...
