Description:
1. The subject of the pollination is the successive delivery of food articles to the needs of the psychiatric hospital SP ZOZ in Wgorzewo in the scope of the post -input for public order: doa.272.1.1.2025.hb, honor 13 vegetables and fruits, previously conducted in an unlimited tender. 2. Subject Corporation must condemn the specific requirements of the acts of 25 August 2006 on the safety of food and life (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448). 3. Requirements for delivery1) deliveries BD: a) honor 13 vegetables and fruits (hereinafter referred to as the package 13)/ daily, from Monday to Pitt, with a recipient public holidays, from 7.00 to 09.00; 2) the Ordering Employer will fall in order in advance by e -mail to the address provided or by phone to the phone number. 3) The contractor is obliged at his cost, will provide, and disposal goods to: located in Wgorzewo, ul. Gen. J. Bema 24, building B.4. Option right: 1) Ordering issues provides for the use of the option.
