Description:
Part I of the order. Meat and cold meatsThe subject of the order concerns the successive delivery of food products for the kitchen of the Primary School in Osie at ul. Fr. Semraua 44, necessary to prepare meals, free of charge, delivered by the contractor's own transport. The ordering party has the right not to use the the full estimated value of the order. The detailed range of products is included in the price forms (Appendix No. 1a-1f). Requirements for the Contractor: The Contractor is responsible for quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions for the subject of the order. Detailed quality requirements of the subject of the order were included in the price forms. Due diligence is required when fulfilling the contractual obligations. Arrangements and decisions regarding the execution of the order will be agreed by the ordering party with the appointed representative of the Contractor. Specification of contact telephone numbers and fax numbers by the Contractor. and others arrangements necessary for efficient and timely execution of the order. The Ordering Party is not liable for any damage caused by the Contractor during the execution of the item orders.
