- Delivery of food products to three canteens of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 1 in Pisz in 2026 in the city of Pisz, located at the following addresses: 1) building at ul. Matejki 4,2) building at ul. G. Gizewiusza 8,3) building at ul. G. Gizewiusza 9. Detailed product list constituting a description of the subject of the order, specify the assortment and price form for parts 1 and 2a of the SWZ. The weight of the goods given in the above-mentioned attachment constitutes the minimum weight. The Contractor guarantees that the delivered articles and food products will be of the first quality and will meet the requirements specified in the provisions of the Act of August 25 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and its implementing acts. The Ordering Party requires due diligence when implementing the subject of the order: 1) the delivered vegetables and fruits must be fresh, invisible, hard, without any traces of spoilage or mold, uniform in terms of size, 2) root vegetables must also be uncracked, without side forks and branches, uniform in size and variety, 3) after cooking, potatoes must be loose, white and creamy in color and have a pleasant ...
