Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of food for balancing the energy effort of honorary blood donors. The subject of the order includes 3 parts, called "packages":
Package 1 - Delivery of cream/peanut butter in the amount of 100,000
Package 2 - Delivery of cereal cookiesIn the amount of 100,000 pieces and the delivery of bars in chocolate in the amount of 100,000
package 3 - delivery of apple juices in the amount of 100,000 pieces
2. The zamawierz allowing the possibility of submitting an offer for one or more parts. The contracting authority does not reserve the maximum amount of parts for which the offer can be submitted.The Employer allows submission of partial offers for individual packages, with the proviso that the offer in each package must be full. 441 para. 1 of the PZP Act, the possibility of exercising the right of options, i.e. additional supplies of the subject of the contract inquantity up to 20% of the basic order specified in para. 1 (in each package).
2) Additional deliveries of the subject of the contract will depend only on the needs and financial capabilities of the Employer and will include the supplies of the assortment listed in the description of the subject of the contract.
