Description:
The subject of the order are: successive delivery of foodstuffs to primary schools and kindergarten No. 8 of the Municipal Commune of Tczew.
1. The quality of the supplied foodstuffs, the way they are packaged, as well as the type of used collective packaging - must be consistent with the standards and are commonly validby law, while maintaining good production practices (GMP) of good hygiene practices (GHP) and the rules of the food safety system - HACCP system. The goods must be full -fledged.
2. The number of foodstuffs contained in the description of the subject of the contract are similar quantitiesto planned needs, because they are approximately corresponding to the structure of demand. This means that these quantities do not constitute the final size of the order, as a result of which they cannot constitute grounds for submitting claims for unrealized deliveries. The contracting authority reserves the rightbounding of the scope of the order up to 60% of its value.
