- Task No. 1: Delivery of fuel for the Road and Bridge Circuit in Babica. The order will consist in the successive, non-cash refueling of fuel for the Ordering Party's commercial vehicles (PB 95 unleaded petrol, diesel oil, respectively) and into canisters (unleaded petrol). PB 95). Expected quantity of fuel purchase: - Unleaded petrol PB 95 3,500 l - Diesel oil 6,000 l Requirements for gas stations: The contractor must have a gas station that meets the requirements set out in the regulations for gas stations, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of July 24, 2023 on the technical conditions to be met by liquid fuel bases and stations, liquid gas bases and stations, long-distance transmission pipelines for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location (i.e. Journal of Laws Laws of 2023, item 1707) open at least on working days from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., located: up to 10 km from the headquarters of the Road and Bridge District in Babica, Babica 22B, 38-120 Czudec,
