Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of fuel together with transport to Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodocigw i Kanalizacja w Poddbice Sp. z o. o. within 36 months from the date of signing the contract. Part I of the order: Successive delivery of diesel oil with transport to the Municipal Water Supply Company and Sewerage in Poddbice Sp. z o. o. in an estimated amount of 125,000 liters of diesel oil (in words: one hundred and twenty-five thousand liters), meeting the requirements of the PN-EN 590 diesel oil standards and the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on the requirements quality standards for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018, as amended). The technical and chemical parameters of the supplied diesel oil cannot be worse than those specified in the above-mentioned standards and in the annexes to the Regulation. The order includes the successive supply of the Ordering Party within a maximum period of time 72 hours from the moment of receiving the request from the Ordering Party in the amount of 4,000-5,000 liters (disposable deliveries of road tankers), approximately once a month, on working days (Monday to Friday) from from 7:00 to 14:00.
