- The subject of the order is the successive supply of fuels for the needs of the Municipal and Housing Management Plant in Baszki for 2026. The Ordering Party's demand is defined as: - diesel oil PN E590 50,000 liters - gasoline Pb 95 - PN EN 228 15,000 liters The quantities given above are the values estimated. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make quantitative changes in the presented assortment according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The minimum guaranteed order quantity is: - diesel oil 30,000 liters - petrol Pb 5,000 liters Fuel purchases will be made at the Contractor's fuel sales point. Dispensing of purchased fuels will take place into the fuel tanks of the Ordering Party's motor vehicles and canisters in accordance with the list prepared by the Ordering Party, which will constitute an annex to the contract. The Contractor's fuel station must ensure the possibility of collision-free and safe refueling of vehicles of length 10.0 m, 2.55 m wide and 3.42 m high.
