- 5.1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of fuels for the needs of the Municipal Office in Baszki for 2024. The Ordering Party's demand is defined as: - diesel oil PN E590 30,000 liters - gasoline Pb 95 - PN EN 228 3,000 liters 5.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make quantitative changes by +/- in the presented assortment in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The indicated positive tolerance regarding the volume of fuel that is the subject of the order should be understood as an option right within the meaning of Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party reserves the right to unilaterally extend the option within the scope of the law orders in an amount not greater than 10% of the total offer price. The right resulting from the option will be exercised automatically through the purchase of fuel and its subsequent settlement by the Contractor. 5.3. The minimum guaranteed order quantity is: diesel oil 20,000 liters petrol Pb 2,000 liters 5.4. Fuel purchases will be made at the Contractor's fuel sales point.
