Description:
Successful bowl delivery. The scope of the subject matter is included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - The offer form contains the items required by the Ordering Party along with quantities and descriptions - this appendix is also a price form that should be submitted with the offer. Failure to submit the price form will result in rejection offers. If the Contractor enters the amount of PLN 0 for any of the offered products in the price form or fails to complete any of the items, it will result in rejection of the offer. Additional requirements regarding the order are included in Annex No. 2. The Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with them and apply them during execution of the order. Failure by the Contractor to comply with the Employer's guidelines will result in contractual penalties. The Contractor is obliged to bring all food products to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. Goods cannot be left at the entrance without being picked up by a person authorized.
