PART I OF THE ORDER Name of part No. 1: Successive delivery of animal products, meat, poultry and offal for the Education and Upbringing Complex in Turz, part No. 11. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1.1. to the SWZ, i.e. the draft contract and the list of products, Annex No. 2.1. to SWZ (so-called Form price) which is the subject of the order in part No. 1, which will constitute Annex No. 1 to the contract.2. The use of manufacturers' names serves only to clarify the subject of the order. The term "equivalent product" means products with no worse quality parameters, having the same advantages. food (taste, smell, color, aesthetics, consistency) and containing at least the same raw materials used for production as the products specified by the Ordering Party and with an approximate weight.
