Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products for the needs of the Social Welfare Center in Grazymy in 2026, delivery address: Grazymy 1, 11-036 Gietrzwad, voivodeship. Warmisko-Masuria - part no. 1 - miso;2. The quantities indicated in individual parts are estimates and are only used to compare offers. Ordering party reserves that the actual quantity of products ordered may be smaller or larger than indicated, depending on the menus prepared and current needs. 3. Settlement will be based on the unit prices indicated in the Contractor's offer, in accordance with the quantities actually delivered. 4. The Contractor is obliged to will deliver the subject of the order with due diligence, in accordance with the currently applicable regulations, the description of the subject of the order and the draft provisions of the contract. 5. The contractor guarantees that the delivered products or goods will comply with the provisions of the Act of August 25, 2006 on food safety and Nutrition (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended, together with implementing regulations), and in particular that: the delivered products will be of the first quality, admitted to trading in accordance with applicable requirements, standards and approvals; delivered...
